Reginald (RJ) Johnson is a Certified NFL Agent and seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience in contract negotiation, client representation, and strategic development. He is the Founder and CEO of Elite One Sports Management and the Managing Broker of RJ & Associates Realty, a premier Metro Atlanta firm established in 2003. In 2023, he expanded into commercial development as Co-Founder and CFO of RROW Group, leading large-scale mixed-use projects, including a 38-acre development in Huntsville, Alabama. RJ’s background includes corporate leadership roles at Sprint-Nextel, supported by a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s in Telecommunications Management. His diverse experience across sports, real estate, and development positions him as a trusted advisor dedicated to creating long-term opportunities for his clients.

Terian Williams is the Co-CEO of Elite 1 Sports Management, a Full Service Sports & Entertainment Agency. Terian is the ideal person to represent an athlete as he is still one himself. Terian spent 2 years at Stanford, and then finished his bachelor's degree at Bucknell while playing football and being Team Captain. In 2025 Terian was awarded entrepreneur of the year and was selected to the 2025 AllState AFCA Good Works team for his charity work. Terian alone has accumulated 75+ NIL Deals and is what NIL is all about.

Dr. Damon Williams is an NFLPA-certified contract advisor and Doctor of Physical Therapy with more than 15 years of experience working with elite athletes. Before transitioning into player representation, he served on the medical staff during training camps with the Los Angeles Chargers, where he worked directly with NFL players on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization.
Today, Dr. Williams represents professional football players through contract negotiations, career strategy, and brand development. His rare combination of sports medicine expertise and athlete advocacy allows him to provide a comprehensive approach to player representation—helping athletes maximize their careers while protecting their health, financial future, and legacy.
