Reginald is the Founder, CEO & President of Elite One Sports Management, LLC. We are a comprehensive sports management agency based in Atlanta, GA. We specialize in representing elite NFL, Collegiate, and High School players, coaches, personnel and broadcasters. At Elite One Sports, we are strategically growing our team with the most widely experienced agents in the industry. Composed of forward thinkers, attorneys and master negotiators, our cross functional team hold Bachelor's, Master's and Law Degrees from some of the most prestigious universities across the United States. Our organization offers a variety of services to cater to the diverse needs of our clients. In his first year in the industry, he experienced immediate success by leveraging his wealth of knowledge & experience in contract negotiations and client representation. In addition to being a Certified NFL Agent, Reginald known in the real estate industry as (RJ) is also the Founder, CEO and Managing Broker of RJ & Associates Realty, Inc. Established in 2003, his brokerage is a premiere real estate firm in the Metro Atlanta market. With over 20 years of expertise in residential & commercial real estate, he decided to take a leap of faith as a Commercial Real Estate Developer in 2023. He and his business partner Derick Moore, co-founded RROW Group, LLC based in Atlanta GA. Combined, they have over 50 years of experience. As the Co-Founder, Managing Partner, and CFO of RROW Group, LLC, Reginald manages the financial operations and strategic performance of the company. As of January 2024, they are proud to announce their first major development project in Huntsville Alabama called The RROW @ Huntsville. The 38-Acre site will comprise of 200 state-of-the-art multi-family apartments, 40 townhomes, major grocery chain, hotel, restaurants and retail. It will be the first of its kind in North Huntsville area. Groundbreaking is scheduled for summer of 2025. Reginald’s professional resume combines higher education & employment experience in both the private and public sectors. This SC State University and Keller Graduate School of Management alumni has a Corporate America background, which includes Sr. Project Manager as well as Team Lead Engineer with one of the world's leading telecommunication companies, The Sprint-Nextel Corporation. His cross-functional background and supervisory skills have allowed him to successfully & strategically develop his career paths to date. He holds both a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Management, combining his technical expertise with a strategic business mindset. This diverse background across multiple industries have positioned him as a trusted advisor and leader amongst his peers and colleagues. He has a proven track record of meeting the complex needs of his clients, along with his ability to navigate high-stakes negotiations while most often exceeding all expectations. Outside of his professional accomplishments, he also enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending quality time with his family. Daryl Skipworth
Daryl Skipwith is an accomplished and prolific professional with a diverse career spanning healthcare administration and financial markets trading. His unique background combines expertise in health care/human resources with sophisticated financial trading strategies, making him a versatile leader in both sectors. Daryl holds two degrees from Auburn University, A BS of Science in Speech Pathology and Master of Education in Kinesiology & Health Promotions. He also possesses professional certifications from NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine) and is a certified NFLPA Contract Advisor/Agent. He is currently the Senior Vice President of Football Operations for Elite One Sports Management, LLC. In this role, he leads several aspects of the organization's football operations, providing strategic direction and executive oversight to build a championship-caliber team. He collaborates closely with the President Operations as well as the Executive Directors of NIL & Marketing to maintain a culture of excellence throughout the organization.
Daryl also currently serves as the CEO/Principal of SkyKnight Analytics, where he trades Equities/Futures/Bonds (All Financial Markets Trader) for the past 24 years and has been a Venture Capitalist for the past 15 years. For over two decades as the company's visionary, he has established himself as the principal trader and educator in all financial/capital markets. At SkyKnight Analytics, he has managed portfolios valued at approximately $350 million AUD, developed proprietary trading strategies and analytics, mentored and trained other traders, many of whom are now millionaires and multimillionaires, established market analysis frameworks and specializes in navigating consistently and profitably in highly volatile trading environments. His long trading tenure demonstrates his ability to navigate various market cycles while maintaining consistent performance.
Daryl formally served as a Home Healthcare Administrator/HR manager for Community Nursing Services for 9 Years. In this role, he managed the healthcare personnel/human resources operations within the healthcare sector, supporting the organization's mission of providing quality home health services. His responsibilities also included recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with healthcare industry regulations. His dual expertise in healthcare administration and financial markets also reflects his versatility and commitment to excellence across different industries. His background in Speech Pathology and Kinesiology provides a foundation in human performance and communication, which complements both his HR administration role and his trading career, where clear communication and performance optimization are essential. In his spare time, Daryl enjoys gun collecting and cultivating/curating looks for his lifestyle/design brand, Repertoire One®️.
