We partner with Brands, Agencies, Fortune 500 Companies, and Nonprofits for personal appearances, speaking engagements, endorsements, licensing, campaigns, product launches, investments, and philanthropic endeavors. We collaborate with conferences, colleges, coaches, and collectives by keeping them up-to-date on the current NIL trends and best practices, as well as advising them on how to guide their student-athletes to success on and off the field.

Contract Negotiations:

We help our athletes secure favorable contracts with NFL teams, ensuring they receive competitive salaries, performance bonuses, and other incentives. This involves a deep understanding of the NFL’s Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), salary cap dynamics, and individual team strategies.

Career Management:

This involves providing day-to-day support, such as handling logistics, managing personal affairs, and overseeing the athlete’s career development. We also help athletes make key decisions about their professional paths from: College Recruitment, Collective, Portal Strategy, Pre-Combine Training, Trade or Free agency, Retirement Planning, and Coaching.

In-House Marketing:

Elite One Sports Management, LLC helps athletes grow their fan base, manage their public image, and collaborate with media outlets for coverage. This can include launching marketing campaigns that feature athletes in commercials, interviews, and other media engagements, driving both personal and team visibility.
